Each one of our pieces is made to order and handmade in our workshop in Ireland by our experienced team using only noble materials. Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be dispatched (excluding weekends) for engraved and personalised pieces may take 14-28 days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on gift vouchers.
Care Information
Absolutely! In the unlikely event that your Tower Jeweller piece experiences any issues we offer a repairs service for our pieces in our Dublin workshop. If a repair is possible, repairs will be carried out free of charge if your piece had an issue due to a manufacturing fault.
Our repairs service is also available for pieces which have been damaged for a nominal fee. As all items are individually assessed and any repairs carried out by hand.

All pieces should be stored in a cool, dry place and cleaned carefully with a soft non-abrasive cloth to maintain shine. Store in its pouch or box to keep protected.

Absolutely! We allow up to 28 days after purchase and 1 years warranty for defects in workmanship.
Please return it to our flagship store unworn and with your original receipt and we can help you select another heirloom to call yours.
Note we don’t offer exchange on earrings for health & safety reasons.
