Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and/or returns as each piece is made-to-order and handmade in our own workshop. However, we offer a 28-day exchange policy and 1 years warranty for defects in workmanship.

Please send it back to us or return it to our flagship store unworn and with your original receipt and we can help you select another heirloom to call yours.

Note we don’t exchange earrings for health & safety reasons.
